How often do I receive an e-mail with updates?

Ed Controls can send you an e-mail with updates and/or changes pertaining to your projects. By default, you'll receive this e-mail three times a day. By standard, you will receive this e-mail three times a day. The E-mail will be send around 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 (CET)

To change this frequency, take the following steps:

1. Log into web.edcontrols.com;
2. Open the menu by clicking the arrow next to the e-mail address, at the top right of the screen;
3. Go to the user settings;
4. On the left side of the screen, click on "Email Notifications."
5. Under "Scheduled project update emails," select the desired frequency;
6. Click save to make the change permanent.

Tip: If you prefer not to receive E-mails with projectupdates, choose the option 'never' in the user settings.

Tip: If you have an Adminstator or End Manager role then you can disable project updates at the project level.
